Rovested wants you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Returns are also accepted for items with verified manufacturing defects.
Some products may state a longer return window in their individual product descriptions. If a longer period is listed on a specific item, that stated timeframe will apply to that product instead of the standard thirty-day return period.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Rovested does not provide free return shipping and does not reimburse original shipping charges. We are a small studio, and we are unable to absorb the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed for the product cost only and do not include shipping charges or handling fees.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or are not in original condition may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Rovested reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
