This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Addendum applies solely to visitors, users, and customers who reside in the State of California. It supplements the information contained in Rovested’s Privacy Policy and describes the rights of California residents regarding their personal information.
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected about them, the sources from which the information is collected, the purpose for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom the information is shared. Rovested collects personal information such as identifiers including name, email address, postal address, IP address, and order-related information, as well as internet activity such as browsing behavior on our website. This information is collected directly from consumers, automatically through the website, or from service providers that help us operate our business.
Rovested uses personal information to operate its website, fulfill orders, process payments, deliver products, communicate with customers, improve site performance, and provide marketing communications when permitted. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your information. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, provided the agent submits proof of authorization.
Rovested will retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and this Addendum, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
